Best places in Worthing and Lancing to view the Olympic torch

THE exact details of where each torchbearer will run through Worthing and Lancing have just been released.

The Olympic torch comes through the towns today (Monday, July 16), starting in Broadwater just before 4.30pm.

The new information also reveals the “kissing points” where the torchbearers will swap over.

The torch heads down Broadwater Street West and Broadwater Road, continuing down Chapel Road and South Street.

It will then head east along Marine Parade, before heading up Steyne Gardens and carrying on along Brighton Road.

At Beach Green in Lancing, it will turn up South Street, before finishing in Grinstead Lane at 5.42pm.

The change-over points in Worthing are:
