Since 2011, Fizz Creations, in Commerce Way, Lancing has been producing toys and games, which it sells to major high-street retailers including Argos, Tesco and BHS, as well as more than 50 countries overseas.

The firm is owned by brothers Dominic, Lawrence and Paul Boon. They have invested in a new warehouse, next to the existing one, and created eight additional jobs following a £525,000 loan from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.

Dominic said: “When we started Fizz Creations three years ago my brothers and I had no idea it would grow to be this successful.”

The brothers do not intend to stop there, and plans are already underway to make Fizz Creations an even larger enterprise in Lancing.

“We’re hoping to secure a further £1.5million funding package this year to combine our two warehouses into one super warehouse that will serve as a central base for all our international operations.”

Elliot Brown, relationship manager at Lloyds Bank, said: “Fizz Creations is a great example of an ambitious, family-run business that started out as a small venture and has since grown into a really successful, global brand.

“Expanding to new premises or taking on extra work space is a great way for a business to expand, and provides opportunities to increase services or help day-to-day operations run much more smoothly and efficiently.”

Dominic added: “The support we’ve received from Lloyds Bank has been second-to-none.

“We’ve banked with them for many years now and the relationship team really understands our business and goals.”

With a core team of 25 members of staff,
Fizz Creations also has
an international office in Hong Kong.

Fizz Creations was born out of the need to be different and the idea that all products they design should stand out from the rest.
