A public meeting with the National Trust and with the parish council about the planning application for Bodiam Castle will take place on August 7, 7pm, Bodiam Castle tea room. Please come and make your comments.
The village cricket club is away to Burwash on August 3 with a start of 2pm.
The road closures from Sandhurst to the Kent ditch that was closed on June 9. The parish will write to Kent County Council to complain that there had been no notification to Stagecoach about the road closure. Kent County Council has apologised that Bodiam Parish Council was not made aware of the road closure and Stagecoach of the closure.

Hide AdYesterday, July 31, was a big day for Bodiam’s very own Phyllis Landels. It was her birthday. Most of the time now Phyllis is not in the best of health. She did not get on the right bus the other week. It is all about her age - Phyllis is in her late seventies.
