The Levetts Lane Residents Association would like to thank everyone involved in all aspects of the Jubilee Tea Party.

What a lot of food we had at the event. I was told to look at my life-style, but how can you with all the nice food that was at the event?

The Pre-School street party was also good and it was good to see parents and friends at the event.

The next service at St Giles is on Sunday at 11.15am and is Holy Communion.

The National Trust at Bodiam Castle needs your books.

You can take them to the castle or drop them off to me at the above address. We will do our best to find a good home for them and the income will be used to fund the pond rejuvenation project.

Claremont Senior School at Bodiam Manor is to hold a Speech Day and Prize Giving on Friday July 13 at 11am, followed by a buffet lunch on the headmaster’s lawn.
