BREAKING NEWS: Chinook helicopter lands at Worthing Hospital
READER Jack Woods spotted this chinook helicopter landing in Worthing today (Friday, June 13).
It landed at Homefield Park, Worthing, at around 2.30pm, as part of a test landing operation ahead of the Olympic torch arriving in Worthing on Monday (July 16).
Homefield Park, in Homefield Road, is the helipad for Worthing Hospital.
A spokesman for the hospital confirmed there were not any patients being brought in by chinook.
