BREAKING NEWS: Police called after man spotted on car park
POLICE have closed a street in Worthing after a man was spotted sitting on the railings of a multi-storey car park.
The man is perched precariously on the edge of the High Street car park’s top-storey railing, in Chapel Road.
Officers have blocked off both ends of the street to traffic and pedestrians.
The incident has been going on since about 9.30am.
