Breath of fresh air for Lancing recyclers

Two Lancing residents have demonstrated their recycling prowess, coming third in a national competition.

Residents Sue and John Wellfare (pictured) competed to save the most air freshener and home care product waste from landfill, winning £300 for charity.

They collected 2,595 products in the Febreze Freshness Rewards Contest.

“We would like to thank all the local people who helped us”, said Sue. “We continue to recycle air and home care products on an on-going basis so we urge local people to continue helping us.”
