The store had been closed for over three months after being gutted by an arson attack in August. It was fitting, therefore, that the supermarket should be reopened by Sub Officer John Field, of Heathfield Fire Station. Ms Dunkerly presented SO Field with a donation of 250 to the Fire Services Benevolent Fund.
