FINANCIAL services company BCW Group is recruiting a further 100 staff in Worthing to cope with growing demand.
The Scandinavian-owned, pan-European company is seeking contact agents and telephone negotiators for its contact centre at Ridgeworth House in Liverpool Gardens.
Thirty jobs will be available immediately, with a further 70 positions spread out over the next 12 months.
Key accounts director Emma Frost said: “Financial collections is a highly sophisticated, professional service and, as UK market leader, BCW Group operates across many areas, including offering clients complex outsourcing procedures such as invoice administration, invoice purchasing, debt purchasing and debt collection.
“We put huge store on training and development and have just doubled our team of trainers, as well as establishing a bespoke training centre in Worthing.”
The first tranche of jobs available are in telephone collections and early arrears contact.
