Charity cyclist to stop off in Bognor on tour of south east

As part of a gruelling charity cycle ride, Rotary Club member Sarah Jouault will be stopping off in Bognor Regis on Sunday.

Over a three-day period, Sarah is aiming to complete the mammoth task of cycling to all the Rotary Clubs in her district.

She starts her epic journey '“ called Cycle for Children '“ in Chichester at 8am, and intends to reach Bognor by 8.30am. Later on Sunday she will stop at Worthing, Newhaven and Seaford, before heading back inland and ending the day in Storrington.

On Mondayshe will visit Horsham and Crawley, eventually ending up in Caterham.

On Tuesday, she will make stops at Leatherhead and Guildford, before reaching Midhurst and Petworth and ending back in Storrington.

The aim of the trip is to raise money for the Rotary's four district charities and to raise awareness of the work of the Rotary Club.

At each stop, of which there are 34 in total, Sarah will have her picture taken to provide a visible record of her journey.
