Charity event ‘delights’ in Goring

STRAWBERRIES, tea and chat with friends marked Worthing Voice for Disability’s 70th anniversary at Goring United Reformed Church, Goring, last Thursday.

The group provides information and organises social meetings for people with physical disabilities.

Phil Rodder, 76, of Arundel Road, Worthing, has been the group’s treasurer since 1988, he said: “Everyone was delighted. They are such a happy group and really do appreciate what we do.”
