The event started on Tuesday and finishes today at Monks Recreation Ground in Crabtree Lane.

Jamie Crellin, director of coaching, said: “We had over 50 children booked on and it has been fantastic.”

During the course children were given technical and skills training and took part in tournaments and games.

The courses will be running every half term and summer terms at Monks Recreation Ground.

“We encourage dreams and ambitions but most of all we want to start seeing youngsters fall back in love with the game,” said Jamie.

The course costs £30.
