Children tour new paediatric A&E at Worthing Hospital

A GROUP of children had their eyes and ears checked and plaster casts put on today (Wednesday, June 27) when they were shown inside Worthing Hospital’s new paediatric A&E.

The hospital has invested £1.9 million in the new, dedicated area for children within the existing A&E department.

It includes four treatment rooms, a dedicated children’s resuscitation bay, a dedicated plaster room and an interactive play area within the children’s waiting room.
