POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a missing Littlehampton man who suffers from depression.

William Johnson, known as Bill, was last seen by a neighbour near his home in New Road, Littlehampton, on Tuesday.

The 56-year-old is described as white, between 5ft 9ins and 6ft and of slim build. He has short grey hair and a scar on his upper lip. It is not know what he was last seen wearing.

PC Mark Green said: “We are concerned for Bill’s wellbeing due to his recent behaviour and because he suffers with depression.

“Please get in contact if you have any information which could help us find him.”

Anyone who sees Bill or knows of his whereabouts is asked to email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101 quoting serial 1129 of 06/05. If he is in danger or in urgent need of medical attention please call 999 immediately.
