Concern for missing Shoreham girl

Police are concerned about the welfare of a missing teenager from Shoreham.

Lilly-Rose Jay, 13, was last seen leaving her home with two friends at around 6.15am this morning (Monday December 7).

She is described as white, 5’4” and of thin build with shoulder-length mousey brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a green parka jacket with a furry hood, black leggings and black and white Nike trainers. She also has her top lip pierced.

Sergeant Ian Maloney said: “We are concerned about Lilly-Rose because of her age. She didn’t tell anyone where she was going and hasn’t been in touch since.

“Although we believe she could still be in the Shoreham area she also has links to Chichester and Bognor Regis.”
