STAFF from the West Sussex County Times are working at the Herald today (Friday, September 22) following last night’s office fire.

Firefighters were called to our sister paper’s head office , in Market Square, Horsham, at 6.50pm.

The fire, believed to be caused by a light fitting, was localised to a two to three square metre area.

There was, however, extensive smoke damage and editorial staff have temporarily relocated to the Herald offices, in Chatsworth Road, Worthing.

Anyone wishing to contact County Times reporters today should call 01903 282401 or 01903 282402.
