Couple’s ‘perfect’ wedding is a real family occasion
THE FOSTER-FATHER of a disabled woman has spoken of the emotional moment he walked his daughter down the aisle.
Nicola Rishman, 31, and Andy Rowlands, 30, tied the knot in St Nicholas’ Church in Arundel on Saturday.
Gary Barnes, 62, of Ferring Lane, Ferring, gave Nicola away while her birth mum, Carole, was a witness at the ceremony.
“She’s had her fair share of tragedy, not least to herself, but she’s always got a smile on her face,” said Gary.
