James Heather, 38, of Hill Rise Avenue, Lancing, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of drug-driving (92ug/l cocaine and more than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Upper Brighton Road, Worthing, on July 19, 2020. He was fined £120 and must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance. He was fined £40 after admitting using a hand-held mobile phone while driving from Warren Road to Upper Brighton Road, Worthing, on July 19, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Ella Rochford, 26, of Broadwater Way, Worthing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay a total of £147.31 compensation after admitting stealing a sandwich worth £2.75 from Tesco Express, Broadwater, on July 29, 2020; two charges of stealing a Vodafone SIM card worth 99p from Tesco Express, Broadwater, on August 10 and 13, 2020; stealing several packets of Calvin Klein socks worth £100 from TK Maxx, Worthing, on August 12, 2020; stealing food worth £29.64 from McColls, Broadwater, on August 22, 2020; stealing a sandwich worth £2.50 from Tesco Express, Broadwater, on September 27, 2020; stealing a bottle of wine worth £6.95 from The Co-op, Tarring, on September 27, 2020; and failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on February 2, 2021.

Terrence Bryan, 31, of Ivy Close, Westergate, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving a vehicle with an illegal number plate, in that it was a stick-on version and altered to obscure the registration mark, in Marine Parade, Worthing, on July 31, 2020.

Andrew Juggins, 58, of Downsway, Shoreham, was fined £233 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Shoreham Road, Small Dole, on August 3, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Charlotte King, 28, of Rowlands Road, Worthing, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 Hangleton on July 31, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Melanie Stanbridge, 44, of Maybridge Square, Goring, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on September 1, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Benjamin Webb, 39, of Littlehampton Marina, Ferry Road, Littlehampton, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on August 3, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Adam Ellmore, 35, of Freshbrook Road, Lancing, was fined £576 and must pay £58 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting harassment, sending messages via multiple platforms and making unwanted calls in Lancing between May 1, 2020, and August 31, 2020. He was also given a restraining order.

Paul Hickey, 54, of Somerhill Avenue, Hove, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £22 victim surcharge after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Brighton Road, Worthing, on October 7, 2020.

Jonathan Hockley, 19, of Mansfield Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay a total of £228.75 compensation after admitting damaging various glass panels and internal windows belonging to Sanctuary Housing in Buckingham Road, Shoreham, on December 11, 2020; and damaging a door frame at Premier Inn, Worthing, on November 13, 2020.

Scott Edwards, 30, of Harbour Way, Shoreham Beach, was fined £330 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (139mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Steyne Gardens, Worthing, on August 2, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Simon Swan, 49, of Stoney Lane, Shoreham, was fined £448 and must pay £45 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (54mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Shoreham on October 24, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Michael Blades, 37, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Marine Parade, Worthing, on October 25, 2020.

Craig Payne, 47, c/o Hurstfield, Lancing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge after admitting drug-driving (more than 200ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Brighton Road, Worthing, on June 1, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
