The following are the latest results contributed by HM Courts Service, for cases sentenced by West Sussex Magistrates' Court sitting at Worthing and Chichester from July 11 to 15, 2016.

Shane Cornick, 25, of Guildford Road, Rustington, was given a community order and must have treatment for drug dependency after admitting possessing cannabis in Chichester on December 2, 2015; failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on April 5, 2016; stealing steak worth £42.80 from Tesco, Felpham, on May 17, 2016; and stealing Olay cream worth £539.82 from Superdrug, Rustington, on May 20, 2016. He must pay a total of £582.62 compensation.

Matthew Hall, 22, of Heron Court, Victoria Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 24 months and must pay a total of £1,200 compensation after admitting stealing a Nexus 7 tablet worth £200 in Durrington on January 6, 2014; and stealing an Apple Mac Book worth £1,000 in Durrington on January 6, 2014. He must pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Joseph Isted, 26, of Buckingham Road, Worthing, was given a community order and must have treatment for drug dependency after admitting stealing meat worth £50 from Sainsbury’s, Littlehampton, on January 24, 2016; and stealing meat and alcohol worth £165 from Marks and Spencer, Worthing, on January 28, 2016. He must pay a total of £285 compensation, including an offence taken into consideration, £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Shane Cornick, 25, of Bayford Road, Littlehampton, was given a community order and must have treatment for drug dependency after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Bognor Regis on December 30, 2015; being found guilty of kicking a dog, causing unnecessary suffering, in Bognor Regis on December 30, 2015; and admitting failing to surrender to custody at Chichester Magistrates’ Court on March 23, 2016. He must pay £60 victim surcharge and £300 costs. He also admitted two charges of breaching a conditional discharge, no action taken.

Stefan Fletcher, 31, of Burnham Road, Durrington, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing 0.5g of cannabis in Worthing on May 2, 2016.

Jose Vieira, 39, of Funtington House, Kimberry, Wick, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (78mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Clun Road, Littlehampton, on June 8, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Matthew Higgins, 24, of Buci Crescent, Shoreham, was given a community order and must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting a police constable; and resisting a police constable at Southwick Railway Station on June 18, 2016. He also admitted trespass on the railway lines at Southwick Railway Station, no separate penalty.

Svetelana Kricalo, 40, of Wick Street, Wick, was fined £80 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting a police constable in Poling on June 19, 2016. She was fined a further £80 after admitting assaulting a police constable at Worthing Custody Centre on June 19, 2016. She also admitted being drunk and disorderly, no separate penalty.

Dorota Lawrie, 42, of West Way, Wick, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (52mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in East Ham Road, Littlehampton, on June 18, 2016. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Michaela Bridgewater, 19, of River Road, Littlehampton, was discharge conditionally for six months and must pay £300 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting causing £500 damage to a window pane in Littlehampton on June 20, 2016; and using threatening words or behaviour in Littlehampton on June 20, 2016.

David Stalder, 51, of Bilsham Court, Bilsham Road, Yapton, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (84mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Oldlands Way, Bognor Regis, on June 20, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 21 months.

Stefan Milkovic, 25, of St Michael’s Road, Worthing, was fined £330 and must pay £33 victim surcharge, £620 costs, after being found guilty of driving without due care and attention in Railway Approach, Worthing, on January 7, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was fined a further £330 after being found guilty of driving without insurance.

Deon McKinder, 36, of Thackeray Road, Worthing, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £135 costs, after admitting throwing a firework in the street in Thackeray Road, Worthing, on January 24, 2016.

Paul Whybrow, 36, of Ruskin Road, Worthing, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £135 costs, after admitting throwing a firework in the street in Thackeray Road, Worthing, on January 24, 2016. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order, no action taken.

Paul Hoolickin, 44, of Greenside, Helyers Green, Wick, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £320 compensation after admitting stealing alcohol worth £320 from Sainsbury’s, Worthing, on May 24, 2016.

Marie Lovett, 38, of Fitzalan Court, Fitzalan Road, Littlehampton, was fined £150 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen for analysis when required by police in Worthing on June 22, 2016. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Matthew Offen, 22, of Seamill Park Crescent, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (5.9mg Delta-9-THC per litre of blood) in The Broadway, Lancing, on March 30, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Richard Smyth, 53, of Heene Road, Worthing, was fined £250 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (70mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Providence Terrace, Worthing, on June 23, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Marie Wedge, 51, of Canada Road, Arundel, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (60mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Crossbush Lane, Arundel, on June 23, 2016. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Charlie Blake, 22, of Normanhurst, Buckingham Road, Shoreham, must pay £100 compensation after admitting causing criminal damage to a car roof in Worthing on June 21, 2016. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order, no action taken.

Claire Jones, 41, of Tower Road, Lancing, was fined £30 and must pay £50 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting common assault at The Broadwater pub, Broadwater, on June 24, 2016. She was fined a further £30 after admitting assaulting a police constable in Broadwater Street West; fined £30 after admitting assaulting a police constable in Rectory Road; and fined £30 after admitting assaulting a police constable in Poulters Lane. She was fined £30 and must pay £50 compensation for four separate offences, assault by beating at The Downlands and three of assault by beating at The Broadwater.
