The following are the latest results contributed by HM Courts Service, for cases sentenced by West Sussex Magistrates’ Court sitting at Worthing from February 27 to March 3, 2017.
Neil Chapman, 38, of Heron View, Southlands Way, Shoreham, was given a community order with Building Better Relationships Programme Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, after admitting stalking in Findon using a tracking listening app, by watching and taking items from a car, between October 1, 2016, and January 23, 2017, He was also given a restraining order.
Dennis Davidson, 59, of New Road, Durrington, was fined £450 and must pay £45 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (7.0ug/l Delta-9-THC) on the A27 Crossbush on January 6, 2017. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Jeremy Hulland, 54, of Meadow Road, East Worthing, was fined £80 and must pay £50 compensation after admitting assaulting a community support officer at Texas Pizza, Worthing, on February 12, 2017. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly at Texas Pizza, Worthing, on February 12, 2017, no separate penalty.
David Daley, 52, of Cavendish Street, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £50 compensation after admitting assaulting a police constable at Worthing railway station on February 12, 2017. He also admitted being drunk at Worthing railway station on February 12, 2017, no separate penalty. He was fined £50 after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order.
Christopher Voice, 52, of Angmering Way, Rustington, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (93mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Poulters Lane, Worthing, on February 12, 2017. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.
David Ross, 25, of Roman Walk, Sompting, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting exposing himself in St Anselm’s Road, Worthing, causing distress on May 30, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £250 costs, and register at Worthing Police Station for five years.
Raymond Miller, 34, of Arundel Road, Littlehampton, was fined £50 and must pay £30 victim surcharge after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on September 6, 2016.
Amy Ledner, 26, of Westland Avenue, Tarring, was given a restraining order and fined £311 after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on September 24, 2016. She must pay £300 compensation, £31 victim surcharge and £300 costs. She also admitted two further charges of assault by beating, no separate penalty.
Fraser Surridge, 18, of Bulkington Avenue, Tarring, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting joint assault by beating in Homefield Park, Worthing, on May 14, 2016. He must pay £100 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £200 costs.
George Harding, 30, of Winton Place, Worthing, was given a restraining order and fined £108 after admitting resisting a police constable in Durrington on November 26, 2016. He was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour likely to cause distress in Durrington on November 26, 2016.
