Jack Baeza-Wigzell, 24, of Oxford Road, Worthing, was fined £360 and must pay £36 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (2.9ug/l Delta-9-THC) in North Street, Worthing, on November 15, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Anthony Winter, 37, of Meadow Way, North Bersted, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (30ug/l cocaine) in Eldon Way, Littlehampton, on October 26, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He also admitted two further charges of drug-driving (no less than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine ane 2.1ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Eldon Way, Littlehampton, on October 26, 2019, no separate penalties.

Lea Stone, 55, of Hamble Court, Hamble Road, Sompting, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting assault by beating in Lancing between April 18, 2019, and June 8, 2019. He was given two 12-week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 24 months, and must pay a total of £200 compensation after admitting two charges of assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, in Lancing on June 8, 2019. He must pay £115 victim surcharge, £175 costs. He also admitted resisting a police constable in the execution of her duty in Lancing on June 8, 2019, no separate penalty.

Jose Alexandre, 46, of Windsor Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk at Worthing Hospital on June 5, 2020.

Christopher Cartwright, 50, of The Oaks, Rustington, was given a community order with Alcohol Treatment Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting drink-driving (206mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Ruston Park, Littlehampton, on March 7, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Simon Ellis, 18, of Avon Close, Sompting, was fined £233 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing 1.81g of cannabis, a class B drug, in Lancing on January 15, 2020. He also admitted possessing 14.68g of MDMA and 4.11g of cocaine, class A drugs, in Lancing on January 15, 2020, no separate penalties.

Sophie Rae, 19, of Lansdowne Road, Angmering, was fined £255 and must pay £32 victim surcharge £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (185mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in New Road, Worthing, on March 6, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Rosie Taylor, 19, of Hastings Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (61mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on June 6, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Rebecca Bristol, 33, of St Johns Road, Carshalton, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (320ug/l benzoylecgonine) in St Michael’s Road, Worthing, on January 10, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Jay Walden, 22, of Winterberry Way, Littlehampton, was fined £240 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (not less than 27ug/l cocaine) in Cedar Close, Worthing, on December 7, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He also admitted driving without insurance and drug-driving (not less than 140ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Cedar Close, Worthing, on December 7, 2019, no separate penalties.

Paul Edgar, 34, of Elizabeth Place, Sompting, was given a community order with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, and fined £500, after admitting assault by beating in Durrington on April 26, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Henry Gibson, 34, of Middleton Gardens, Tangmere, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in Worthing on May 30, 2020; and resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Chichester on May 30, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
