Victoria Bent, 43, of Taylors Close, Yapton, was fined £96 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on April 15, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Mark Brazier, 51, of Priory Road, Arundel, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Offington Lane, Worthing, on May 9, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Jo-Anna Daubney, 47, of Ensign Way, Littlehampton, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on May 19, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

James Heather, 37, of Langton Road, Broadwater, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 West Ashling on April 26, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Kevin Ryan-Kilby, 63, of Trent Close, Sompting, was fined £80 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 Hangleton on April 4, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Anton Valentin, 25, of Portland Road, Worthing, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on July 2, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Nicholas Wood, 57, of Mill Road, Slindon Common, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on May 21, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Darren Ousley, 55, of Longfellow Road, Worthing, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on February 26, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Max Raynsford, 36, of Broadwater Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance on the A24 Horsham on May 21, 2020. His driving record endorsed with six points. He was also found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty.

Glenn Waters, 34, of Prince Charles Close, Southwick, was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay £400 compensation after being found guilty of assault causing actual bodily harm in Hove on January 24, 2019.

Joseph Maddock, 30, of Hampden Court, Chesswood Road, Worthing, was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement, Thinking Skills programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Worthing on June 23, 2020. He must pay £300 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stephen Bond, 19, of Lancing Close, Lancing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of assault by beating in Bushby Close, Sompting, on July 21, 2020. He must pay a total of £300 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Ashley Taylor, 26, of Anson Road, Goring, was given a community order with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on January 23, 2020. He also carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work and pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

William Cranford, 18, of Stanley Road, Littlehampton, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend appointments on July 13 and August 26, 2020, and unpaid work on October 10, 2020. The order was varied to include an additional 15 hours’ unpaid work, making a total of 95 hours.

George Cain, 28, of Stoney Lane, Shoreham, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on October 18 and November 1, 2020. The order was varied to include an additional five hours’ unpaid work, making a total of 45 hours.

Richard Collier, 30, of Linden Court, Linden Road, Bognor Regis, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on October 3 and 31, 2020. The order was varied to include an additional 15 hours’ unpaid work, making a total of 175 hours.

Taylor Evans, 19, of Homewood, Findon, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend an appointment on August 21, 2020, and unpaid work on October 10, 2020. The order was varied to include an additional 15 hours’ unpaid work, making a total of 150 hours.

Jordan Clark, 21, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing herbal cannabis, a class B drug, in Worthing on May 24, 2020.

Alan Young, 65, of Ham Close, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving while disqualified in Beach Green, Shoreham Beach, on July 17, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Luke Chandler, 25, of Courtwick Road, Littlehampton, was given a community order and must carry out 160 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of drug-driving (174ug/l cocaine and more than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Goring Road, Goring, on May 7, 2020; and two charges of drug driving (14ug/l cocaine and 322ug/l benzoylecgonine) in South Street, Lancing, on April 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Aswanth Kottanchalil, 23, of Belmont Walk, Worthing, was fined £140 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using a vehicle without insurance. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Neil Palmer, 44, of Horsham Road, Littlehampton, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting having a pair of scissors in a public place in Littlehampton without good reason on September 6, 2020. He was also fined £40 after admitting possessing pregabalin, a class C drug, in Chichester on September 6, 2020. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Alexander Nash, 27, of Stable Lane, Findon, was fined £120 and must pay £10 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing a Sussex Police bicycle in Chapel Road, Worthing, on September 3, 2020.

Elentari Manning, 30, c/o Selden Road, Worthing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting stealing drinks from Tesco Express, Shoreham, on August 14, 2020; stealing food from The Co-op, Worthing, on September 3, 2020; and assault in Worthing on September 3, 2020. She must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 cost.

Amie Tomlinson, 24, of Cowper Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Stoke Abbott Road, Worthing, on January 29, 2020. She was fined £40 after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without the correct licence in Stoke Abbott Road, Worthing, on January 29, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed eight points.
