Jason Bedbrough, 47, of Gratwicke Road, Worthing, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Alcohol Treatment Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting having a kitchen knife with 8in blade in Brighton Road, Worthing, without good reason on May 22, 2020. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Raluca Muresan, 36, of First Avenue, Broadwater, was fined £153 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (50mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Alinora Crescent, Goring, on May 26, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Jackson Cann, 38, of Garden Close, Shoreham, was given a community order with six-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 7pm to 7am daily, and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing Prosecco bottles worth £64 from The Co-op, High Street, Shoreham, on March 11, 2020.

Paul Butt, 30, of Alpha Court, Terminus Road, Littlehampton, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must pay £50 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, in Worthing on March 11, 2020. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly in Salvington Road, Worthing, on March 11, 2020, no separate penalty.

Nicole Croxton, 37, of Tarring Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £40 compensation, £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admittting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Worthing on August 12, 2019.

Andrew Gibson, 35, of Cotswold Road, Worthing, was fined £50 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drug-drive limit (7.0ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Whitebeam Road, Durrington, on November 4, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

Liam Hodges, 24, of Arun Road, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Bognor Regis on November 27, 2019; and assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Littlehampton on November 27, 2019.

Barry Drew, 45, of Alston Way, Durrington, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (71ug/l cocaine) in Ringmer Road, Worthing, on November 9, 2019. He also admitted drug-driving (more than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Ringmer Road, Worthing, on November 9, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Colin Foster, 39, of Rock Road, Pulborough, was fined £738 and must pay £73 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (161mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Arundel Road, Patching, on November 21, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Emily Ashcroft, 30, of Nelson Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, in Worthing on May 28, 2020. She must pay £50 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Kellys Trading Ltd, of Vennetrow Business Park, Runcton, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on November 1, 2019.

Scott Mitchell, 34, of Parklands Avenue, Goring, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Gratwicke Drive on August 30, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with six points.
