Man exposed himself to boy in Shoreham

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself to a teenage boy near Shoreham town centre.

The man approached the boy and exposed himself at around 7.15am on Friday, March 3, police said.

The same man then appeared to have followed the teenager on foot and made further gestures of a sexual nature towards him, according to a spokesperson.

PC Dave Slade of Worthing Police said: “The man is described as white, in his 30s, around 6ft with grey receding hair.

“He was wearing a brown stripy top with the stripes being around 2ins thick, blue jeans and brown shoes or trainers.

“This was a very distressing incident for the boy.

“If anyone has any information or knows the identity of this man, please contact Sussex Police quoting serial 0478 of 04/03.”
