Police pursuit through Lancing ends with arrest
A 27-year-old man has been arrested following a police pursuit through Lancing.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said officers pursued the vehicle through the Lancing area on Friday (July 31).
After the pursuit, a 27-year-old man was located and arrested for failing to stop, dangerous driving and failing a drugs wipe, Sussex Police said.
He remains in custody, according to a police spokesman.
The arrest came on a busy day for Sussex Police as officers from a range of teams worked to tackle knife and drug crime in Adur and Worthing. For a full report on the day’s action, click here.
