UPDATE: Rumours of stabbing in Lancing

FOLLOWING rumours of a stabbing, Sussex Police has confirmed there was in “incident” in Lancing today (Saturday, February 25) but, so far, is unable to provide any details.

It is now believed the incident took place shortly after 4pm today near to the Grinstead Lane bridge.

Pictures of the helicopter leaving the area were posted on social networking site Twitter shortly after 4.30pm.

Local reports suggest two men, both in their late teens, were involved.
