A medley of musical hits, including Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran, was performed at the White Rock Theatre in Hastings last Sunday in a sparkling demonstration of young talent.

Pupils from the Worthing school showcased their singing, dancing and acting skills, with a total of 137 students taking part.

Lisa Watt, principal of Stagecoach Worthing, said: “‘I’m so happy that our pupils had the opportunity to perform live in front of an audience of 450 in such a fabulous venue.

“It’s a great chance for students to grow their confidence and skills as well as have fun getting involved.”

Stagecoach Performing Arts was founded in 1988, one of the first part-time children’s performing arts schools in the country.

The Worthing school is part of a network of more than 700 worldwide. Early Stages classes are available for children aged four to six and Main Stages classes take place for six to 18-year-olds.
