Police patrol in Littlehampton after reports of man in van approaching children
Officers have increased patrols in the Littlehampton area after reports of a man driving a black van and approaching children.
The children spoken to were able to quickly inform an adult and the matter is being investigated, an Arun Police spokesman confirmed in a post on social media.
“We are asking parents to speak to their children about not engaging with strangers,” the spokesman said.
“You can report any suspicious behaviour to us either online or call 101 quoting reference 1303 of 10/11.”
