Fire safety awards for Shoreham children
YOUNGSTERS have been presented with fire safety certificates and gift vouchers.
Shoreham First School pupils James Arnott, Theo Hines, Jack Byford-Skinns and Charlotte Reeves were given their prizes by local fire chief Roy Barraclough.
The school was visited last term by an American magician, who performed a magic show with a fire safety message, and part of the exercise involved children planning escape routes in case of an emergency.
Pupils were entered into a draw and the lucky four were chosen as winners of the certificates and vouchers for WH Smith.
