Firefighters called to butchers blaze in Worthing

FIREFIGHTERS are investigating after they fought for more than an hour to put out a blaze at a Worthing butchers.

They were called to numerous reports of a blaze starting in the rear of a butchers in Limbrick Lane at around 10pm last night, Monday, June 18.

Three fire engines from Worthing and one from East Preston were called to the scene and firefighters used hose reels to put the fire out.

The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
