Firefighters qualify in ceremony

Ashley Bloomfield was one of six newly-qualified firefighters that celebrated at a pass out presentation held at East Preston Fire Station last week.

Ashley (pictured) will join the retained firefighter crew stationed in Lancing after passing an intensive initial training course. He qualified with Lee Stentaford, who will be stationed at Turners Hill, as well as Tom Williams at Bognor, Cameron Levitt at East Grinstead, Joe Cullum at East Wittering and Jacob Carey-Matthews at Henfield.
