Golfers’ hazards - crows!
STONE the crows! 74 year old golfer John Freeman of Rustington had his electronic golf trolley stolen by a crow.
After throwing some of his banana to the birds one of the crows landed on his trolley and touched the start button, setting his wheels off down the fairway.
John had to chase about 200 yards to stop it. He was playing at Hill Barn golf club in Worthing.
Apparently, the crows have something of a reputation at the golf club.
Another golfer reports that she had crows at Hill Barn unzip her golf bag pockets looking for a banana.
