Grants help local organisations
Several groups from Mid Sussex are being helped with grants from the Sussex Community Foundation.
They include Burgess Hill Bereavement Group £550, Disability Access East Grinstead Area £1,500, Furnihelp Mid Sussex £4,291, Jigsaw (South East) £4,700, Kangaroos £5,733 and Mid-Sussex Older People’s Council £5,000. The Foundation’s latest grants total £414,538.75 to 80 Sussex groups. Mary Carruthers, Programmes Manager. “It’s the largest amount we’ve given in one grants round.”
