PROFESSIONAL soloists will join the Chanctonbury Chorus for its concert in Steyning on Saturday.

The chorus will be singing Handel’s Acis and Galatea with the Chanctonbury Chorus Orchestra at St Andrew and St Cuthman’s Church at 7.30pm.

The work, sometimes described as a ‘little opera’, was by far Handel’s most popular dramatic work.

Admission will be by programme, which includes light refreshments after the concert, when there will also be the opportunity to buy a glass of wine.

Tickets are £12, available from Steyning Bookshop, in High Street, Steyning, or Design, Copy, Print in Henfield, or on the door.

Places can also be reserved by telephone on 01903 745647 or 01903 815467.
