Lancing Parish Council to hold annual residents' meeting tonight

Lancing Parish Council will hold its annual residents meeting tonight to hear about what residents want for their village.

Chairman Gloria Eveleigh said the meeting was one of the parish council’s ways of listening to the community and acting, wherever possible.

“It is an opportunity for residents to meet councillors face-to-face and tell us what changes they want, ” she said.

“This information enables us to identify our work priorities for the coming year.”

The Parish Annual Report will be presented and councillors will answer any questions on what has been achieved over the year.

All residents are welcome to attend and speak.

The meeting will be held at the parish hall from 7pm to 9pm, but doors will open at 6.30pm for tea and coffee.
