Nineteen four and five- year-olds from the nursery, in Grosvenor Road, Worthing, donned shiny turquoise gowns and gaps and posed for pictures to mark their last day at the Grosvenor Road site.

Nursery mananger Michelle Savage said: “Parents and family members turned out to see their children, dressed in their cap and gowns, receive a personalised certificate and gift to mark their time at the nursery.

“The event was very emotional for both parents and staff as we have watched the 27 children in this year group grow and develop over the last few years into the confident children they are today. They will all be greatly missed.”
