Man charged with murder of Donald Lock appears in court

A man charged with the murder of Donald Lock has appeared at Crawley Magistrates’ Court this morning (July 20).

Mr Lock, 79, of Worthing, died following an incident after getting out of his car in the wake of a crash with another vehicle on the A24, near Findon, on Thursday evening (July 17).

Matthew Daley, of St Elmo Road, Worthing, has been charged with murder and possession of a bladed article.

He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Lewes Crown Court tomorrow (Tuesday July 21).
