Man robbed in broad daylight in Worthing

TWO men are being hunted by police after robbing a man in broad daylight in Worthing.

At around 11.15am on Monday, March 29, the victim was walking from Shakespeare Road into St Matthew's Road when he was approached from behind by two men.

He felt a sharp object against his neck and was threatened with violence.

He gave them a wallet containing 60, two Barclays debit/credit card, a driver's licence and a Worthing Leisure Centre member's card.

Description

The first man was white, about 5ft 7in, of slim build.

He was wearing a black jacket with a large, white Reebok logo and hood pulled up over his head.

He had dark blue jeans and black Reebok trainers.

The second man was white, about 5ft 4in, slim, with short, grey, spiky hair.

He was wearing a plain blue, long-sleeved shirt with a collar and black trousers, possibly tracksuit bottoms and light brown Timberland-style boots.

Both men are believed to be aged 23 to 25 years old.
