Man suffers blurred vision in Worthing assault

A man in his 20s was left needing medical treatment after a night-time attack in Worthing

The assault happened in Pembroke Avenue, on Thursday, November 5, police said.

The victim was walking along the footpath when the assault took place at 10am.

He sought medical treatment for swelling to his cheek and suffered blurred vision from the attack.

Sussex Police is looking for a single suspect, a white man, aged 25 to 30, 6ft 2in, of large build.

He was said to be wearing a black hooded top with a yellow ‘EVERLAST’ logo across the chest, blue jeans and red trainers with grey detailing.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have other information is asked to email [email protected] or phone 101, quoting serial 397 of 06/11.
