Demolition of existing double garage and part demolition of existing flat-roofed study and construction of a snooker/family room and enlargement of study at 295 South Farm Road.

Two-storey side extension with continued hipped roof to the side and replacement of existing exterior windows and balcony at 70 Marine Crescent.
