THE car of a missing man suffering from depression was last seen yesterday morning on the A24 Findon bypass.

Police in Sutton are appealing for information about the whereabouts of Ronald Charles Lane, aged 75, who went missing yesterday.

Mr Charles had driven with his wife from Durham to stay with family in Burns Close, Carshalton, arriving during the evening of Tuesday (February 4).

He was last seen going to bed at 12.30am on Wednesday. His relatives believe he left Burns Close just over five hours later at around 6am in his car - a silver Ford Focus registration LD60 LVF.
