Missing man’s fiancée eager for his return

THE fiancée of a man who has been missing since Friday is appealing for him to return home.

Matthew Rogers, 35, of Twyford Road, Durrington, was last seen at work on Friday.

His fiancée Kelly Wilson, 26, spoke to Matthew while he was at work at Paula Rosa Manhattan in Lancing Business Park.

However he did not return home that evening and was reported missing on Sunday night.

Kelly said: “He’s fun, he’s caring and loving. It’s very strange that he’s done this.”

She added that she has not been sleeping or eating well since he went missing.

He is described as white, around five ft ten ins tall with short brown hair which is spiky on top and has a hooped right earring.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans and trainers and a blue fleece.

Police received a report that he had been seen at a function but he has yet to make contact.

PC Heather Mackay said: “We have no reason to believe Matthew has come to any harm however we are appealing for him to get in touch so we know he is ok.

“Anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police on 101 @sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 1022 of 22/02.”
