More traffic jams in Storrington while gas leak is repaired

Information released by SGN says their contractors started work on the A283 West Street, near the Rectory Road junction, yesterday (March 17) morning.

Temporary two-way traffic lights have been set up in West Street.

Work is expected to continue until March 25.

Temporary lights were also in place today in Water Lane, Storrington, near the junction with the A283.

UK Power Networks contractors had the lights set up while they worked on overhead cables.
