New eatery on the way
A NEW restaurant is set to spice things up in Newhaven.
Lawson Commercial, of Uckfield, has let the former hardware store in the High Street to a couple from outside the area who intend to open it as an Indian restaurant later this year.
Chris Lawson said: 'I think the restaurant will be a welcome addition to the town. It is yet to be fitted out and we expect it will be a least a couple of months until it opens.'
