New festival around Arundel will be a walkers' delight

RAMBLERS from across the area are being invited to take part in a new walking festival this year.

A new walking festival is in the pipeline for the Arundel area

Arundel Historic Tours is organising a three-day fundraising festival for the Snowdrop Trust.

The group will be setting up 50 routes of all different distances that will be taking in the heart of not only Arundel, but much of the South Downs too.

The strolls will encompass an area from Worthing in the east, to Chichester and Midhurst in the west.

Expect a range of themed walks, like the World Cup stroll for football-lovers as well as a special series of routes designed for disabled people.

The festival will take place from June 14 to 16.
