New year’s eve party will be ‘incredible’

The event, taking place in the Assembly Hall, in Stoke Abbott Road, from 8pm until 2am, will feature live music, comedy, DJs, theatre, a cocktail bar, stilt walkers, firebreathers and more.

Organiser Ant Dickinson joked that he had decided to put on the event after becoming fed up watching Jools Holland ‘year after year’ on New Year’s Eve.

“It’s going to be something different for Worthing,” said Ant. “It’s going to be an incredible night of fun and laughs, showcasing the best of local talent. It’s going to be really good value.”

“The reaction we are getting is that people are really excited about it.”

The dress code for the event is future disco.

Early bird tickets are available before October 31, priced £15. Thereafter they will be £20 or £25 on the door.
