Night of fun for charity

An evening of entertainment has been lined up in Bognor Regis as the countdown to Birdman begins.

The night of fun for all the family will take place in the Visions club, named the Departure Lounge for the occasion, on the pier between 7pm-10.30pm on May 13.

Tickets are priced at 5 each to include seven quality acts, finger buffet and a prize for a lucky ticket holder. They are available from Barbara on 01243 866955 or Jenny on 01243 868174.

They can also be obtained from Lily in Pink hair salon at 7 Linden Road, Robin's Hair Salon at 68 Aldwick Road and Unique Promotions in The Arcade.

As the event is entirely for charity, raffle prize donations would be very welcome.

This is one of several fund-raising events being held to get everyone in the mood for flight when the Birdmen take to the air again on September 1 and 2.

There are still places left for aviators to enter the serious and fun Birdman flight classes.
