Can you help the Royal Blind Society?

TO help support the vital work of the Royal Blind Society, I am arranging supermarket, store and event collections in West Sussex in 2009, and would really appreciate your readers' help.

I would be grateful to hear from anybody who might be willing to offer an hour or two to help us with our fund-raising.

The Royal Blind Society was founded in 1863 and works for visually impaired people of all ages in providing holidays and awarding grants for those on low incomes.

It owns and manages two specialist hotels, one in West Sussex and one in North Wales, where more than 3,000 guests enjoy a holiday or short break each year.

I would be happy to hear from readers who can volunteer some time to help ensure we continue this vital work.
