On Thursday, September 29, we will be holding the CCG’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will be an opportunity to reflect on the improvements we have made to local NHS services over the past year, and share with patients and the public what we have been working on.

The AGM will also be an opportunity to hear more about our plans for the year ahead, and how we are working with our partners across Coastal West Sussex to improve local services for our communities.

The meeting will take place from 3pm to 5pm in the Goodwood Room at 1 The Causeway, Goring, BN12 6BT, and we are inviting people to reserve a place.

At the end of the AGM, there will be marketplace stands with information on a wide range of commissioning topics and important areas of business including:

• Urgent care.

• GP and community care.

• Stroke prevention.

• NHS Five Year Forward View.

• And much, much more.

You can find out more about what we have been up to and in more detail in our Annual Report and Accounts for 2015-16.
