As part of this, patients, their carers and families and GPs are being asked to give their views by completing a short online survey.

The survey is open until Monday, June 12, and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

Any feedback can be given anonymously and we are just keen to hear from as many people as possible.

The results of the survey will be used to help shape mental health services in the future and will be published in the summer on the trust’s website: www.sussexpartnership.nhs.uk

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health services in Sussex and specialist community mental health services for children and young people into Hampshire and Kent and Medway.

Mental health is something that can affect us all.

It’s vital that the experiences of patients and their carers and families help inform decisions and make services better in the future.
